The parts to be cleaned are loaded on a platform that automatically reaches down to cleaning position.
The ultrasonic action is then combined with piston action that helps removing solid residues from the innermost parts of the components.
These plants are particularly suitable for heavy mechanics, for the cleaning of engines, moulds, motor groups and hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
ROTOLIFTER SERIES
Ultrasonic cleaning systems with rotating baskets are designed for high-precision cleaning of all kinds of metal fittings, and can remove oil, grease and, in particular, SHAVINGS and production RESIDUES.
Thanks to ULTRASONIC technology, it is possible to clean the innermost components such as threads, dead holes and inaccessible planes. Moreover, the SLOW ROTATION of the objects within the immersion bath prevents clashes, thus preserving their most delicate parts such as fine threads or precision-turned planes.
These high tech, computerized systems are COMPLETELY AUTOMATED; all is left to do for the staff is to remove and position the roto-tumbler under the loading plane.
STEP BY STEP TRANSPORTERS
Also known as bucket chain or reciprocating rolling, these conveyors simultaneously lift and carry all the baskets for maximum productivity. In addition, their programming cycle is remarkably simple as their working mechanism is based on the repetition of 6 to 10 movements only.
