

Possibility to set 8 different cycles to realize various types of cleaning. Further we have the chance to unify cycles in case of particular necessities (interfacing with other previous or following working treatments).
Memorization of various cycles is very simple with a self-learning system, i.e. the operator with proper handle instrument drive the ROBOT along the course desired, set all parameters and utilities (times, speedness, ultrasonics, temperatures, covers, alarms, etc.).On a display is possible to see all data and sequences and so the dialog with the operator is immediate and intuitive.
Sensor of positioning are absolute so that they maintain on memory the right position reached during a cycle, even the ROBOT may be moved by hand in case of lack energy. At coming back of energy ROBOT automatically returns at right position e follows the normal cycle. F
or vertical and horizontal movements there are four speedness levels. So there is a very fluent action, without shakes and vibrations, owing to specific acceleration and deceleration slopes and other movements controlled directly by microprocessor due in function of distance and charge inertia. Horizontal transmission on bar is assured directly by a friction to grant maximal precision and repeatability and to prevent damages a cause of sudden not due obstacles. Vertical transmission is made with a torque control between gear and rack to avoid crushing.

Supporting structure is made by anodized aluminium profiles with a system of fine regulation for the perfect and sure centering and stability.

Bar on which ROBOT runs along has copper tracks on which gliding contacts take the electrical energy.
