Average power from 1.200 to 3.000 watt
Produced with IGBT technology, MOG generators are the most advanced
products in this field:
-
Multifrequency .
-
Turbotronic for forced cleaning.
-
33.000 Hz clock frequency.
-
Pulse mode.
-
Sweep mode.
-
Degassing special program.
-
Setting on RS232 serial port, software on CD_ROM.
-
DB25 port for remote control: on/off, 4 power division
MORONI generators are entirely automatic and controlled by 32-bit microprocessors; they are self-adjusting according to the different parameters of the bath (temperature, density, detergent contamination and concentration, movement of pieces, etc.). The generators' software regulate various parameters (frequency, pulsating, power, impedance, mechanical coupling) in order to guarantee maximum reliability at all times.
A specific display shows the main parameters: frequency, power and main absorption. It also shows the most common errors () andthe best solutions to the problem.(disconnecrion of transducers, transducers breakdown, low or lack of voltage)
A CD-ROM is also available, containing a software that allows to change the standards' settings or return to the initial settings in case they had been modified for whatever reason.

Moroni Ultrasuoni can apply PZT elements and generators on any existing tank that you may wish to equip for ultrasonic cleaning.
PZT ELEMENTS
Piezoelectric elements are ceramic elements (lead zirconate titanate and barium titanate) sinterized and polarized at high temperature, with 50 cm diameter, 70 Watt individual power, high performance (above 95%) and mechanical resistance guaranteed for 5 years.
"MTRI" Immersible transducers
“Immersible transducers” are used whenever it’s not possible to apply the transducers on the external walls and/or on the bottom of the tank; in these cases, the PZT elements are sealed into an hermetic stainless steel box AISI 316 20/10 for direct immersion into the liquid.
The quality of the manufacturing of the box is essential, as its components undergo intense mechanical fatiguecaused by the vibration energy of the PZT elements inside. This why, years ago, Moroni started implementing a special procedure, certified ISO 9001:2000:
-
Continuous welding according to TIG standards
-
Weld control with penetrating liquids before the definitely closure of the box
-
Immersion in lighted tank and tests with compressed air at 12 BAR
-
48 hours non-stop running at maximum power
-
Testing with three-dimensional color echo-endoscopy
-
Mirror buffing of the radiant plate and chrome plating
Particular care is dedicated to the positioning of the PZT elements, which must keep maximum distance one from the other; at the end of the positioning process, the PZT elements are sprayed with a special thermo-conductor material that dispels the heat generated by the Joule effect.
